Berkeley Existential Risk Initiative — AI for Epistemics Workshop

[Global Catastrophic Risks Capacity Building] Open Philanthropy recommended a grant of $21,060 to the Berkeley Existential Risk Initiative to support a workshop on using AI to improve epistemics. The workshop was led by Julian Michael, and the organizing committee included Deger Turan, Colleen McKenzie, Owain Evans, and Josh Rosenberg. This falls within our focus area of growing and empowering the community of people focused on global catastrophic risk reduction.
