[Macroeconomic Stabilization Policy] Grant investigator: Alexander Berger This page was reviewed but not written by the grant investigator. Economic Policy Institute staff reviewed this page prior to publication. The Open Philanthropy Project recommended a grant of $700,000 over two years to the Economic Policy Institute (EPI) to support macroeconomic policy research. EPI plans to use these funds primarily to continue producing policy-relevant research on the ways in which macroeconomic policy can boost living standards for working Americans, including work on different aspects of the relationships between unemployment, wage growth, inflation, and productivity. This is a renewal of our June 2016 grant and falls within our focus area of macroeconomic stabilization policy.
