NoteThe source text explicitly confirms that Nate Soares is President at MIRI and that he transitioned to this role from CEO. The startDate of 2023-06 is not explicitly stated in the source, but the source references a strategy change announcement from October 2023 (https://intelligence.org/2023/10/10/announcing-miris-new-ceo-and-leadership-team/) as coinciding with this transition. The June 2023 date is plausible given the October 2023 announcement reference, though the exact month is not confirmed in this excerpt. All key fields (person, org, role, roleType) are confirmed.
