NoteThe claim states Alibaba Cloud scored D+ (1.3) on Governance & Accountability. However, the source shows Alibaba Cloud's overall grade as D- with a numeric score of 0.98. While the source does reference 'Governance & Accountability' as a domain with 4 indicators, it does not provide the specific domain-level grades in the excerpt provided. The overall score of 0.98 (D-) contradicts the claimed score of 1.3 (D+). The claim appears to conflate or misstate the overall score. The source text includes a 'Domains Breakdown' section that hints at domain-specific scores but does not display them in the provided excerpt, making it impossible to verify the specific Governance & Accountability grade, but the overall score contradiction is clear.
