The Open Philanthropy Project recommended two grants totaling $237,866 over two years to Animal Kingdom Foundation to support corporate campaigns for layer hens, a model commercial farm, and efforts to secure certification standards and guidelines from the government in the Philippines, which is home to millions of farmed land animals. One of these grants was made by a 501(c)(4) social welfare organization, to which we occasionally make funding recommendations. This falls within our focus area of farm animal welfare.
