[Farm Animal Welfare] Grant investigator: Amanda Hungerford This page was reviewed but not written by the grant investigator. Encompass staff also reviewed this page prior to publication. Open Philanthropy recommended a grant of $200,000 over two years to Encompass to support its work to make the farm animal welfare movement more racially diverse, equitable, and inclusive. Encompass intends to use these funds to provide long-term support to advocates of color, as well as to farm animal welfare organizations. This falls within our focus area of farm animal welfare.
