The Open Philanthropy Project recommended a grant of $22,000 to the Humane League to cover the costs of a Latin America regional summit held in November 2018. The funds will be used to reimburse travel costs for Latin American groups who attended a two-day event to discuss corporate campaigns and collaboration in the region. This discretionary grant follows our recent multi-year support of the Humane League and falls within our focus area of farm animal welfare.
