[Criminal Justice Reform] Grant investigator: Chloe Cockburn This page was reviewed but not written by the grant investigator. Reclaim Philadelphia staff also reviewed this page prior to publication. Open Philanthropy recommended a grant of $165,000 over two years to Reclaim Philadelphia, via Commonwealth Foundation for Inclusive Democracy, to support work coordinating the Judge Accountability Table. The Judge Accountability Table, formed by a coalition of 15 local organizations, plans to use these funds to hire organizers to lead participatory defense, courtwatching, education, and accountability measures, and to develop leaders who have been directly impacted by the criminal justice system. This follows our September 2019 support and falls within our focus area of criminal justice reform.
