Notes
[Navigating Transformative AI] Open Philanthropy recommended a grant of $1,000,000 to the Centre for the Governance of AI (GovAI) for general support. GovAI intends to use this funding to conduct AI governance research and to develop a talent pipeline for those interested in entering the field. This follows our February 2025 support and falls within our focus area of potential risks from advanced artificial intelligence.
