Equity and Transformation staff also reviewed this page prior to publication. Open Philanthropy recommended a grant of $100,000 over two years to Equity and Transformation (EAT) for general support. EAT organizes informal Black workers in Chicago around issues, including criminal justice reform, affecting their communities’ political and economic wellbeing.
