Animal Outlook — Investigations Training

[Farm Animal Welfare] Open Philanthropy recommended a grant of $50,000 to Animal Outlook to support its training program, which teaches independent organizations outside the U.S. how to conduct investigations into the welfare of farmed animals. This follows our June 2022 support and falls within our focus area of farm animal welfare. To learn more about new approaches and strategies, we sometimes make “experimental grants”, which involve less vetting than our other grants. This is an experimental grant.
