Our team brings together accomplished innovators from academia, entrepreneurship and non-profits. We've founded successful ventures, led major enterprises, and shaped and executed transformative strategies.
President
Vilhelm Skoglund
Ville is President of Astralis , where he leads funder relationships. He is also on the Board of FROS Foundation and runs a Swedish family office. Previously, he co-founded Impact Academy , which prepares young talent to address catastrophic risks and served on the board of various non-profits. Ville studied law, developmental economics, and sustainability at Uppsala University and Cornell University.

Jona Glade
Jona provides strategic counsel on AI safety to key decision-makers while serving as CEO of Astralis and cFactual. Overall, he has led over 20 strategic initiatives focused on AI safety and high-impact philanthropy. He also serves on the Board of Longview Philanthropy. Previously, he was a consultant at BCG during which he founded Consultants for Impact . Jona studied organizational psychology at the University of Vienna.

Henri joins Astralis having worked as a Development Officer at Rethink Priorities and served on Impact Academy's board. He previously founded two Nordic organizations: Bigheart, an app enabling charitable giving through ad revenue, and Ge Effektivt , a nonprofit advising on effective donations, where he serves as Board Chairman. Henri holds a degree in International Economics from Bocconi University.
