2024 Annual Report - CLTR Home AI Biosecurity Risk Management Publications News About Team Funding Work With Us Date: Sep 5, 2025 2024 Annual Report We are pleased to publish our 2024 Annual Report which shares an overview of CLTR’s achievements and high-impact activity. Our thanks to our funding partners, expert team and collaborators. In 2024, CLTR continued to expand its influence as a trusted thought-partner to governments in the UK and around the globe. Through the enactment of our theory of change, we have continued to play an important role in informing the UK Government’s approach to regulating frontier AI models, supported the implementation of the 2023 Biological Security Strategy and helped improve risk management practices, including through our response to the Covid-19 Inquiry’s initial report on resilience and preparedness. Significant progress has been made towards making the UK and the world more resilient to extreme risks, but there is still a huge amount of work to do. We look forward to sharing our next report with you for our work in the present year.
