 Nina joined Bridgewater in 2017, is a Partner at the firm, and serves as Co-Head of AI & ML Investment Strategy. She played a foundational role in building AIA Labs, which draws on Bridgewater’s decades of experience combining a fundamental approach to trading markets with the discipline of systemization to develop AI-first investment strategies . She jointly leads investment research decisions within AIA Labs. Prior to launching AIA Labs, Nina led co-CIO Greg Jensen’s dedicated research team for two years, during which time her research focused on breaking new ground in Bridgewater’s ability to marry top-down macro understanding with bottom-up equities insight. She also led the firm’s junior investment talent pipeline and was responsible for hiring and training over 50 first- and second-year investment analysts each year.
