Open-source LLM tool for scaling deliberation. Analyzes large-scale public input (surveys, interviews, social media), clusters opinions using semantic analysis, and creates interactive navigable opinion maps. Deployed in Taiwan (moda ministry), Chatham House "Recursive Public" project (1,000 participants), Tokyo election polling, UNFCCC climate negotiations.
